Accurate take-offs can cost between $500 to $2000 depending on the complexity, size, and scope of work. If we are chosen as your general contractor, these fees will be credited back to you and our quotes are always FREE.
Please note that our takeoff and estimates report does not constitute a binding contract. It simply shows the Bill of Quantities (BOM), Current Material Market Prices, and Labor Hours with ongoing rates. It does not include our fees should you decide to award us the construction contract.
